19.11 - invalid java classes, reinstall the XDK

Hello!


after upgrade 11.2-19.11 SYS scheme contains 221 invalid java classes,

please advise if it is possible to correct the situation without reinstalling the JVM;

how to use XMLVALIDATE procedure (Oracle XDK is invalid);

is the note "How to remove and reinstall the XDK in Oracle 12 (Doc ID 2470780.1)" applicable to 19.11 ?
