Services Not Starting After Reboot

Installed OracleDB and Oracle Enterprise Manager on the same server for POC. Interfaces available after install, but not after reboot. Hunted documentation for 'systemctl...' service or other service starting and found 'emctl'. Attempted that under 'oracle' account, but service never fully starts, only sits at starting.

OS: Oracle Linux 8.4

RAM: 64GB

Disk: 1.4TB

Please advise with troubleshooting options and specific commands to check for.
