Can I load dimension using Data Management in Hyperion On premise 11.2 like in cloud?

In cloud PBCS/EPBCS I can load dimension using data management but in Hiperion on premise ver. 11.2 I can´t see de option dimension when I create a target application.

My question is if I can load dimension in on premise using data management.
