Cannot Reschedule WO from P313003X

Dears,

Have worked thru the Support documents but did not find similar scenario I have.

Work Center Load Review (E313000) works find and can also access to Reschedule WO (P313003X). However on P313003X the Load hours are not displayed though the Capacity hours are deducted already. Also found no way to Drag/Drop the WO to reschedule to different date.

We are on the latest R22 (TR 9.2.6.1), and I had working on this to reschedule WO no problem on earlier release (TR 9.2.3). So not sure if this is a bug to R22 or some we have missed to install? Thank you!
