Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. image attached in oracle application i want to display it on report

can i use it thru formula column?
i get it thru data modal as BLOB but when report exceeded from 10 pages it got error.
