Scheduling Concurrent Requests On Specific Days and From the Start of the Prior Run

I'm on 12.1.3.

I have a scheduled concurrent program that I want to run Monday to Friday at 12PM. The scheduled was created as a On Specific Days, Monday-Friday is selected and the Start At was defined as 01-JAN-2021 12:00:00. What I am seeing is that the time that this runs is now at 3PM because it is scheduling the start of the next day at the completion of the prior run.

I do not see a way to select the interval of "From the Start of the prior run" while defining the schedule as "On Specific Days".

How can a schedule be defined to run on weekdays "from the start of a prior run" instead of from the "completion of a prior run"? Am I missing something or is this not possible?
