In 19c, are existing SecureFiles automatically encrypted when you encrypt a tablespace online ?

My client wants to implement TDE. They are running 19c and want to encrypt at the tablespace level. They have LOBs stored as SecureFiles. I can't seem to find the answer if existing SecureFiles are automatically encrypted with the tablespace when using online encryption.
