Help Files and Component List

If we are uploading a new Help File in our Development instance, is there an area in the Component List that needs to be selected for the Help File to be moved to Prod in the Configuration Package? Do we simply select the BP in the Shell Template Setup area of the CL? Or is there another area that needs to be selected?
