Is there a way to hide the Resubmit button on Fluid Delegations?

We are on PUM39 tools 8.59 and setting up fluid approval for delegations. The email notification of a delegation takes you to the approvals page. This page has a resubmit button that we would like to remove. Does anyone know how to hide it?
