Issue : india tax details not appearing in OM Inquiry resp

in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

Hi ,

We have 2 responsibilities OM ADMIN and OM INQUIRY , we have added the function "India Tax Details - Order to Cash" in both the menus of these 2 responsibilities.

when we switch to OM admin responsibility , we can see the India tax details in the Tools menu ( form opens in edit mode) . The same is not visible in OM INQUIRY responsibility. we have checked the menu exclusion and Excluded items , there is NO entry for the same in OM INQUIRY. we tried custom code off and checked in both the resp. The India tax form is coming in Only OM ADMIN and not in OM INQUIRY. any inputs or suggestions to get the same visible in OM INQUIRY too please?
