Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

I have included one custom field as a containment time as a result column same like response and resolution metric in the standard coverage level.

I want to show the containment time as well against in SR same like Response metric and resolution metric under milestones tab.

Could anyone update how to achieve this ?
