PO has been approved, it’s on next status 400, but still shows as pending approval.

Currently using JDE 9.1.4. We have been having this issue reported by multiple users where the PO has been approved by the Approver. The status of the PO has changed to - next status 400, but still shows as pending approval in the Purchase Order Approvals (P43081).

Would like to know what is causing the status to not reflect as Approved in the Purchase Order Approvals (P43081) screen. Also, I see that when we drill into the Purchase Order Approvals for that PO it shows as Approved. But if I click on the Status Summary, I see that the status is still Pending for approval.
