When the latest(Oct 2021) GI/Database patch updates released on OCI?

Hi team,

I'm working on a fully Hybrid DR environment on OCI. I like to apply the latest patches to the On-prem primary and Standby DB on OCI. While I downloaded the latest bundle patch (19.13) to patch on-prem primary, but still I've been waiting to see the same patch on DR.

The following command still shows the latest available patch is 19.12.

[root@e1proddr2 ~]# dbcli describe-latestpatch
