Completing configuring EBS 12.1.3 with upgraded 12cR2 database

Dear All,

We are using EBS 12.1.3. OS: OL7.3

We completed upgrading data base from 11gR2 to 12cR2. Upgrading completed with no issues.

While configuring EBS with new upgraded database:

We created appsutil.zip from appsTier, appsutil directory created on dbTier, and database Context file generated successfully, running adconfig.sh to create scripts folder aborted with following error:

$cd $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/bin

$sh adconfig.sh contextfile=$ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/clone_clonedb.xml

AutoConfig is configuring the Database environment...

AutoConfig will consider the custom templates if present.

Using ORACLE_HOME location : /home/oracle/d01/oracle/PROD/db/tech_st/12.2.0/dbhome_1

ERROR: Unable to set CLASSPATH
