Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to retrieve verify questions or to reset password for Service Administrator User

Hi,

As I said in title I need to reset the Service Administrator password for a customer application.

The user forgot the answers to verify questions so I need to know if there are alternative ways to reset password.
