Program to cancel old POs

We have several POs from years ago that are still open b/c there is a very small encumbrance being held (<$1). This is b/c there is a slight over-receipt. In order to manually cancel them, users would need to make a correction for maybe .01 or .05 or 1 or whatever, then manually cancel. The problem is that the cost of manually closing each of these out isn't nearly the value being resolved, but we have such an accumulation of these open encumbrances <$1 that are flooding our reports.

Ideally, is there a program or something we can run to cancel POs under a certain value that will essentially write these off and close them so that they will go away?
