Siebel IP21 certifications for 19c DB

Hi,

we are planning Siebel upgrade to IP21 with DB upgrade to 19c and on Certification page I can see that certified DB versions are ODB 19.5.0.0.0 and 19.4.0.0.0.

We don't have that versions since they have some issues and current version that we have is 19.9.1 with tendencies to go to 19.12.

When will the certifications be updated? Or we can go to 19.9.1 regardless to what Certification says on MOS?
