Oracle TDE 12.2 to 19

I migrate from 12.2 to 19. My TDE strategy uses 12.2 (sqlnet.ora). This is not recommended for 19c. How do I make my TDE 19c compliant? I am dealing with a stand-alone database at this time. Converting to multitenant will be my next goal.
