Benefit deduction amounts after Employee returns from leave
We are seeing an issue with paycalc not computing the benefit deductions correctly for an employee. We are not able to explain how the deduction is higher after TM returns from leave. Can you explain why the medical deduction is higher.
Scenario:
Before leave employee paycheck has a medical deduction was 202.40
Employee went on leave
Employee accrued arrears during leave
Employee come back from leave
Employee paid the arrears to a 3rd party.
Employee arrear adjustment was made 0 by benefits team
After leave Employee paycheck now has a medical deduction of 220.52.
