rollback -id 32396181

Hello, I have been searching for clarification and hoping someone can confirm this for me. I have rolled back 32396181, and lsinventory now shows "There are no Interim patches installed in this Oracle Home."

Does this mean ALL cumulative patches have been rolled back? I would think it would just rollback the match id specified.
