Adding carriage returns inside a variable

Greetings -

I have a request to insert carriage returns into a variable that holds an address block in RDA. The output is exported to CSV format and they want to see each address line with a carriage return within the same cell. I looked at and tried B7400150 and B0800207 but could not get them to work. Must not be assigning the variables correctly or not the solution I need. Any help with this would be great!

E1 9.2, TR 9.5.1, SQL DB
