Projects SLA - Override UBR

I need to override the main account on an the unbilled recievable entry based on Event Type criteria.

I created an Account Derivation rule to point to the main account and each one had a condition with specific event type.

This did not work.

Has anyone done this before, done a Projects UBR/UER Override based on conditions in the Account Derivation Rule? If so, would appreciate pointers as doesn't seem to be working for me. Thanks in advance.
