Is there no bugs for bundle 12.1.0.2.211019DBBP ?

Host is AIX64 - but that should be irrelevant to this question. Latest DBBP home configured, database patched, "./datapatch -verbose" has been done.

But not seeing any bugs bundled as fixed. Is that expected for Oct 2021?

Note that the most recent listed is JULY, not October is I'd expect.

I wonder if the $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/bundlefcp_DBBP.xml file is missing October 2021 content?
