What to do with approved forms?

Hi All,

We are using Peoplesoft forms, employees create and submit forms, the approving chain approves them.

We are having two scenarios here:

  1. The approved forms are still appearing in list of [Navigation] Enterprise Components  --> Forms -->  Approve/Review a Form.
    1. How we can remove the approved forms from this list?
  2. The approved forms are also appering in Monitor Approvals Navigation making the list longer. Is there anyway we can archive the approved forms?
