Stop consolidation when shipment is approved

Hi,

Is there a way to stop the system consolidating sales order lines onto existing shipments based on sales order status or shipment status? P4915 Manual Shipment Consolidation has processing options "Shipment Status for Order Line Selection" and "Next Status for Order Line Selection". There is no cut-off status in the Transportation Constants when no more order lines should be consolidated onto existing shipments.
