Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

We are upgrading a 11i EBS with 11gR2 environment to 12.2.10 and 19C database.

As a prerequisite, we are running OATM and getting the following Error

Please check the attached report screenshot and let me know if you can help me.
