setting up Agile generated email to use DKIM

Product: Oracle Agile Product Collaboration

Product Version: 9.3.6.0

Operating System: Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

OS Version2012 R2

Our IT group is requesting that we use DKIM authentication for the email generated by Agile PLM.

Does PLM have the capability? and if so how? our Servers are hosted on AWS servers, but the hosting group has no idea how to make it happen.

thank you in advance for any help on the issue.
