How To Reset or Delete Default Saved Search for User
We are running EBS 12.2.7 and we have a user that changed a saved search in her BWC for Orders and now cannot get Orders to launch at all. She gets the typical 'You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance. ' The exception details are attached, if that's help.
We need to be able to reset this? Or delete that saved search for this user. Or any other advice would be appreciated as she currently cannot get to her orders.
