Migrate the database for EPMS 11.1.2

Hello Team,

We have an EPMS 11.1.2 application running with MS SQL database and we are in a situation to migrate DB to new server due to some issues. Could anyone please help me out with the steps to configure EPMS to use new DB with different IP address without loosing EMPS data and configurations.
