Disable Default Location on Assignment

My question is related to Oracle Self Service Human Resources.

Is there a way to disable the automatic default on the assignment when the organization is changed?

On the assignment when the organization is changed it automatically defaults to the location in Self Service. Is there a way to have it function like the form where it asks if you would like to use the default location of the organization?
