HCM Encryption Framework

Hello,

We are getting ready to test PUM 40 ( and 39) and applied all the patches that were delivered as part of the HCM Encryption Framework which even includes the patches in the 'No' section of the below flowchart - Patch 32734842 and 32734487 .

We are not currently planning to turn on the encryption framework. Will this be an issue to have all these patches in, but not run the process for encryption?
