ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

Hello,

After installation of a Microsoft Patch (KB5005033) on the Client workstation (Windows 10), the connected user encounters the following error after a certain period of inactivity in his business application (Java / TomCat) :

Oracle ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

The Oracle database (version 9i) is hosted on a Windows 2003 server.

By removing the patch, the application works normally again.
