Program Transfer Journal Entries to GL - Assets

We are 12.1.3 and currently follow below steps to transfer data from FA to GL.

1. Run Create Accounting - Draft - Review errors and fix , rerun until error report is clear
2. Run Create Accounting - Final
3. Transfer Journal Entries to GL - Assets

Below are our accounting options:

Accounting Program Mode : Final

Allow Mode Override : Yes

Transfer to GL : No

Allow Transfer Override : Yes

Post in GL : No

Allow Post Override : Yes

Accounting Report Level : No Report

Allow Report Override : No

Stop at Error Limit : No

Error Limit  

As a part of 12.2.10 upgrade, we replicate the same. But 'Transfer Journal Entries to GL - Assets' is not transferring the data to GL, even though xla tables are populated with the data. Respective periods are opened in GL and FA.
