Which monitoring function is different between ELK and OEM/OCM

Friends,

Our developer team want to configurate ELK to collect system log and analytics solution to for their Java application (under Weblogic and Tomcate). we will move our system into Oracle cloud’s environments from Oracle premise environment. Do we need to configure ELK((Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) to collect system log for application troubleshooting?

Can we provide OEM(OCM) information to support developer team this requirements?

Do we need to configure both OEM(OCM) and ELK tool in Oracle premise and Oracle cloud environment?

Does Oracle OEM13c (OCM) and later version have ELK function for developer team in the future?
