The Document Serial is working well with currencies and not working with other currencies WHY.

Hi,

Please help us on the below issue.

We have defined the document sequence for receipts as screenshot below.

But when we create any EUR Receipts or GBP Receipts the serial is working well, but when we create USD Receipts the document serial will be null WHY ..
