Bare Minimum Patches for HCM Encryption Framework

We don't plan on implementing the FULL HCM Encryption Framework until Next Year when we upgrade to HCM PUM Image #41.

However, we are getting ready to apply Tax Updates 21-B, 21-C and 21-D to our development environment.

Please confirm that the following patches are the minimum for the Encryption Framework:

• 32734842 (which will automatically pull in 32734886 and 32734862)
• 32734487.

In addition, if the above are the bare minimum patches to apply, please confirm IF the following should be implemented (with only implementing the bare minimum patches):
