Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is the reason ls -lt in asmcmd now displays a truncated timestamp?

I.e. it displays 10:00:00 rather than a precise timestamp like 10:27:34. Older versions had the more precise timestamp. 19c has it truncated.
