Anyone seeing anything that looks like sqlplus is not completing the EXIT?

19.11 and 19.12 seem to not be passing the exit information. Connection is gone from the database. However, the command file appears to be waiting for the exit. There is an exit in the sql. We have about 30 monitor scripts that rotate through about 30 databases. COnnect to sqlplus, run the sql, exit move on to the next database .. until complete. most of the time there is not issue all 30 databases get monitored. Then we will have times that just seems to get to one of the databases and
