Is it possible for an employee to delete a submitted vaccination request?

Hello,

We're on HCM 9.2 image 37 with PT8.58. I am testing the new ESS vaccination and test tracking. I wonder if it is a way for employee to delete a request once it's submitted. If not, is there is a page where an administrator can delete it for employee?
