How are we able to have one request to print automatically to two printers depending on ORG?

I'm wondering if anyone is facing this issue or question.

Under the system administrator responsibility - Concurrent Program - Define - Query the request. There is only one field where you can input a default printer to. Currently I have a request that will automatically run/trigger when Inventory completes a transaction and it will print a receipt for the customer. However I am wondering how this will work for another different ORG and for a different printer?
