WIP- How to category item during WIP completion?

For Oracle R12-WIP, once we complete job, the assembly item will be generated in inventory stock as FG or semi FG.

If we want to set the FG with different grade (example good or bad), please advise how to do the setup and also how to move the FG to different sub-inventory. Is it possible to move to correct sub-inventory during wip-completion?
