Anyone has problem with the new Health and Safety Vaccination approval link?

Hello,

I am testing the new ESS Health and Safety functionality. When I click the approval link from the Notification Bell, I got "an error occurred while attempting to display the sleeted transaction."

Does anyone have similar experience? Is there a setup step that I missed?

The link in the email approval notification works. So, if I cannot resolve the above error, can I disable the action/alert for this transaction. I tried unchecking the "Push" notification from "HSImmunization" process. It did not work.
