How to check who make changes to the depreciation of an asset?

Recently, we noticed that some asset's depreciation method was changed. We weren't able to identified how that happen. If there any reports or tables to check who make the changes? Is there a report that show historical depreciation method of assets?

We're using JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2.
