Tasklist is showing as pending state even after opening the period

Hi,

we are using FCCS Module, where we created schedules in the task manager for the current period, All the journal entries and forms are in the schedule ,whey i tried to open the task it is showing as pending state ,all the task are in pending state, i also validated the task and it says the schedule is valid, even when the users *open the task they are not able to see the submit button for the task, in the manage periods i have open the period also, could you please let me know the issue to troubleshoot.
