Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In HCM 9.2 Image 24 Upgraded instance while accessing EMPLID via

Workforce Administration >Job Information> HR Processing USF (in 'Correct History' mode)

edited and Saved the page. I get the error: Data Item on a higher-level Collection could not be obtained. (18016,139) showing in CI Exception tab.

Would like to know if any resolutions exist for this issue.
