Where are the answers to a questionnaire stored? Table names?

Does anyone know what table(s) capture the responses the user enters into a questionnaire? I created one to use in an activity guide in 9.2 Tools 8.58 and now I want to be able to see the captured answers. This is my first activity guide and questionnaire. Any help is appreaciated. Thanks.
