OCI EBS 12.2.10 configured OCI Public Load Balancer - /OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp is not working

Hi


Upgraded our current EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 latest and configured OCI Public Load Balancer.


But application home page is not accessible, failed to open (though Load balancer) https://myhost.mydomain.com/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp


But I can access the application using the below URL.(though Load balancer)

https://myhost.mydomain.com/OA_HTML/RF.jsp?function_id=31645&resp_id=-1&resp_appl_id=-1&security_group_id=0&lang_code=US&oas=6OXZu5iX1LEIuCj8xJLQlA..¶ms=KQ0ueFd3h5ncJDQ0.532EQ.

Login page can be accessible using the above URL , after login application working without any issues.
