Current Date insert in Effective date for prepare mass addition

Hi,

We 'd completed work orders in eAM. and run mass additions , and now all transactions come with current date in prepare mass additions form , while all data belong to previous period I mean : Oct 2021 and it has not been closed yet , we need to add this cost adjustments in Oct 2021 .

when I want to change the effective date to previous period shows : APP-OFA-48678: Date must be in a future asset period

please let me know your solution and any help regarding this process :
