Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Confirm shipment not calling R42950

We have done the setup on confirm shipment level to call R42950 reference to doc Doc ID 2099073.2.

Still R42950 is not called upon order confirm shipment.

Please advise if any setup is needed to be done
