19.10 Server Patching Failed due to /opt/oracle/oak/pkgrepos/asr/20.3.0

I came across a strange issue when running the update-server to upgrade an ODA X7-2m from 19.9 to 19.10 that I managed to address but thought I would put it here in case anyone else finds it useful.


The update failed with :

[root@xxx]# /opt/oracle/dcs/bin/odacli describe-job -i "6131f10b-4a1b-4119-9a22-2e95b8129952"
